Terms Of Service

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made by and between DevLaunch ("Coach"), and the program participant ("Client"). By accessing or using the DevLaunch website and/or enrolling in the DevLaunch program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site or participate in the program.
1. Scope of Services
DevLaunch provides a coaching and training program designed to help participants develop the skills, knowledge, and strategies necessary to pursue employment in software development. Services include but are not limited to educational modules, live coaching calls, tools, templates, and direct messaging support.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, coaching materials, and tools provided by DevLaunch are protected intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share program assets without written permission.
3. Payments & Refunds
DevLaunch may be purchased in full or via an installment plan. By enrolling, you agree to the agreed-upon terms and authorize all scheduled payments.
Due to the value of our intellectual property and coaching access, all sales are final, except in cases where the DevLaunch Guarantee (Section 5) is properly invoked.
Chargebacks or skipped payments without notice will result in immediate removal from the program and collections processes.
4. Program Access & Termination
DevLaunch reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to any participant who violates these terms, disrespects coaches or other clients, or attempts to misuse the program. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
5. Client Commitments & Eligibility
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If after 120 days you have completed the program requirements and are not satisfied with your progress, you may request a full refund.
To qualify, you must:
Attend at least 1 group coaching call per week
Complete all assigned tasks, projects, and roadmap items
Check in with your coach at least once per week and respond within 48 hours
Apply to at least 20 relevant jobs per month (minimum of 80 total)
Submit all project work, portfolio, and resume for review
Actively participate in the Discord community
To request a refund:
Submit your request via the Whop resolution center if your purchase was made on Whop. If you did not purchase through Whop, please contact us via our support email at tim@techwithtim.net.
6. Code of Conduct
Clients agree to engage respectfully in all program spaces, including calls, group chats, and messaging platforms. DevLaunch maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, spam, or unethical behavior.
7. Changes to Terms
We may revise this Agreement at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page and take effect immediately. Continued use of the program implies acceptance of updated terms.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DevLaunch is registered.
