Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 18, 2025

At DevLaunch, we are committed to providing an exceptional coaching and training experience. Your satisfaction and progress are our priority, and we stand behind the value of our program. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted.


1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our program and immediate access to intellectual property, all DevLaunch purchases are considered final and non-refundable unless you qualify under our Satisfaction Guarantee (see Section 2).


2. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction-based refund to eligible clients who complete the program requirements and are not satisfied with their progress after 120 days.

To qualify, clients must:

* Attend at least 1 group coaching call per week
* Complete all assigned tasks, projects, and roadmap items within 120 days
* Check in with their coach at least once per week and respond to communication within 48 hours
* Apply to a minimum of 20 relevant jobs per month (minimum of 80 total)
* Submit all resume, portfolio, and project work for review
* Participate actively in the program’s Discord community

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Submit your request via the Whop resolution center if your purchase was made on Whop. If you did not purchase through Whop, please contact us via our support email at support@devlaunch.us.

All refund requests are subject to review and verification by the DevLaunch team. If any of the listed requirements are not met or verifiable, the refund request will be denied.


3. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

Failure to complete guarantee stipulations
Failure to contact the team through the Whop resolution center or through email.
Breach of the Terms of Service or Code of Conduct
Voluntary withdrawal from the program
